Treadmill effective training

It would seem that it may be easier workout on the treadmill: up to tape, chose some favorite mode and ” go! But actually the lesons in this sport unit requires a more thoughtful approach. So, how to build a training program to effectively strengthen your muscles and do no harm in this health?
